Installation method of steel cable suspension system for Bag Air Duct

The steel cable suspension system is widely used due to its simple installation and high cost-effectiveness.    The main materials required for the installation of wire rope suspension include: Buna Air Duct and its components (straight pipe, inlet, end, tee, elbow, reducer, etc.), components (PAD pressure balance valve, ACD air volume control valve), accessories (steel rope, lifting ring, clamp head, flower basket, hook), etc.
   The steel cable suspension system requires the production of brackets, which are used to straighten the steel cables and install them on the building structure (floor slabs, beams, steel roof trusses, walls). The bracket scheme should be as simple and firm as possible. Generally, the bracket material is determined by the height of the on-site bracket and the length of the fiber Fabric Air Duct system steel cable suspension system, using angle steel, channel steel, or square steel.
   When installing the steel cable suspension system, be sure to pay attention to the spacing and height of the steel cables, and be precise. Adjust the flower basket bolts to make the suspension system straight after bearing the weight of the system. Install suspension points at intervals of 10-15m, and the suspension points should be in the same plane as the suspension system in the vertical direction.
