Due to the softness and permeability of the Bag Air Duct itself, its design is significantly different from that of the hard Air Duct. The following points should be noted in the design.
1. The air flow at the inlet of the bag duct should be as smooth as possible, if there are difficulties, plenum or rectifier grid should be set up to eliminate the rotating and enrolling air flow;
2. The inlet wind speed of the bag air duct should be 6~8m/s, too high speed will make the inlet to form a negative pressure area, will not ensure the full state of the air duct.
3. The static pressure in the Fabric Air Duct should be greater than 2.5 times the dynamic pressure, the longer the air duct, the greater the proportion of static and dynamic pressure.
4. The normal static pressure in the cloth duct is 80~150Pa, and too high pressure can easily cause the rupture of the duct when the fan starts
5. The design of the pipeline should be as straight as possible to prevent unnecessary bends and branches of the pipe, in order to reduce the resistance of the pipeline part.
