Pressure distribution of Fabric Air Duct

1. Fiber fabric air pipe, air pipe pressure 2000Pa, the finished product appearance is normal, no cracks, no damage. The pressure resistance of the Air Duct is related to the air volume of the system. Under normal circumstances, the long-term use of 3000Pa is no problem. Compared with the traditional air duct, the Bag Air Duct is the most pressure-resistant air duct on the market. The fiber fabric air duct is produced by static pressure. When the static pressure is above 70Pa, the air duct can supply full air.

2. The factors affecting the pressure in the Fabric Duct include inlet static pressure, dynamic pressure and pressure loss. The dynamic pressure is converted into static pressure along the length direction in the fiber fabric air duct, also known as static pressure recovery. The average static pressure in a tube can be considered to be composed of inlet static pressure, static pressure recovery and pressure loss.

3. The inlet static pressure is generally provided by the fan. If the fan and the fiber fabric duct are not directly connected, the inlet static pressure is the static pressure of the direct connecting part of the fiber fabric duct; If the fan is directly connected to the bag air pipe, the inlet static pressure is the fan static pressure. Generally speaking, the static pressure of the inlet reaches more than 125Pa and does not exceed 700Pa.

4. The air flow speed of the Fiber Cloth Air Duct along the long direction of the pipe is getting smaller and smaller, that is, the dynamic pressure is getting smaller and smaller, and the dynamic pressure is converted into static pressure, that is, the static pressure is getting larger and larger.
