Fabric Air Ducts are Used in Medical Library

This project is a medical library in Shandong province, the size of the Bag Air Duct is 610mm round, and the total length of the Air Duct is about 800m. The bag air pipe is made of B1 class fiber fabric, and the color is gray.

The Fabric Air Duct of this project are all internally supported, and 360° closed ring skeleton is used as the supporting structure. By adding a support structure inside the duct, the overall strength and rigidity of the duct can be significantly improved, making the duct able to withstand greater internal and external pressure differences. Compared with the traditional air duct, the wall thickness needs to be increased to achieve the same strength requirements, and the internally supported air duct can reduce the use of air duct materials without sacrificing strength through reasonable design of the support structure, thus reducing the cost and weight. The design of the internal support structure can optimize the airflow path in the duct, reduce vortex and resistance, improve the efficiency of air flow, and reduce energy consumption. Internally supported ducts are easy to install, especially in space-constrained or complex layouts.
