According to the air supply demand of a new energy automobile production workshop in Jiangsu province, Buna fiber fabric rubber and plastic composite insulation air pipe is selected. The air duct of this project is made of rubber and plastic composite material, with the inner layer A2 fireproof veneer, the outer layer B1 fireproof veneer and the middle layer 25mm thick rubber and plastic thermal insulation cotton. These high performance fiber fabric materials have good wear resistance and low thermal conductivity. Air distribution pipe specifications are circular 800, circular 900, circular 1000, a single air pipe up to 55m, a total arrangement of air pipe length of about 1200 meters, air supply area of about 13,000 square meters. The installation method of the air duct is double row slide rod installation, convenient and flexible installation, and can adapt to complex space. The flexible characteristics of the bag air duct make it easy to adapt to a variety of complex building space structures during the installation process, whether it is a floor with different levels or a suspended ceiling of the shaped roof, it can achieve seamless docking, avoiding additional wind resistance and energy consumption caused by pipe bending and diameter reduction.
