Air distribution pipe application production works

A new energy power battery project in Xuzhou is a provincial major project in 2023 in Xuzhou, which mainly produces new energy battery cells and related core products to help Xuzhou build a strategic base for new energy power batteries. The total investment of the project is about 10 billion yuan. Our BUNA fiber fabric air duct system, has been installed, air supply area of about 30,000 square meters, all use rubber and plastic insulation fiber fabric air duct, air duct all use internal support type fiber fabric air duct. The cloth bag air pipe material is light, washable and formaldehyde-free, which solves the problem of steel structure air pipe installation in industrial standard workshops. This project is A factory building of a foreign-invested enterprise in Shanghai, with a single plant area of about 15,000 square meters and a total designed air volume of about 400,000 m³/h. The diameter of the bag air pipe is 1250mm, the length of the single air pipe is about 110 meters, and the total layout air pipe is about 1200 meters. The material of the bag air pipe is all A-class non-combustible materials. At present, the project has been put into operation for more than a year, and the use effect is very significant, and the entire air duct layout has an exemplary effect in terms of color matching and installation technology level.
