In the design stage of the fiber cloth duct system, the drawing design is mainly carried out, and the design process can be divided into four steps.
1. Determine range and control area based on profile
Generally, according to the principle of average layout, the middle line of two adjacent Soss ducts is taken as the range dividing line. According to the actual project situation, the range is divided according to the air volume and plane layout of each pipe, and the air volume is evenly distributed as far as possible.
2. Determine the hole orientation
According to the divided area, draw the direction of the nozzle jet, and select the number of rows of holes required.
3. Determine air volume distribution
After determining the opening direction, row number and control range of each single pipe, the proportion of air volume emitted from the nozzle can be determined according to the proportion of the area to be covered by each row of spout, and marked on the drawing.
4. According to the air volume distribution, determine the infiltration air volume and the opening air volume
According to the actual situation of the field and the special requirements of the application site, the Fiber Cloth Air Duct system has a suitable permeability fiber, so as to obtain the appropriate permeability flow rate, and then calculate the opening flow rate according to the total air volume.
